I have been shooting photography for over 20 years. Today I shoot in Digital Format using the latest camera and computer technology. However the computer is not a crutch, there is no substitute for good photography, composition and artistic expression. I reside in Boulder, CO and travel to Reno / Lake Tahoe, NV often and do destination travel shoots. Most of my work is location shooting however I do have a studio. I enjoy the outdoors; hiking, skiing, cycling and backpacking are at the top of the list. Yosemite National Park is where I go to recharge.

What I like to shoot… I enjoy shooting a myriad of subjects and events. I like the action of automobile races, the fun and innocence of children at play, live music, architecture, portraits and landscape. Media and graphic design are also a possibility from comp cards to album art.

On Weddings… My style is more photojournalistic than anything else and capturing the moment is what I enjoy. Notwithstanding the birth of a child, I believe getting married is one of the happiest times of our lives. Capturing the delight and energy surrounding one of life’s most joyous events is something that I seem to take to naturally. Unlike many photographers I am an extrovert; I like to have fun in life, make people laugh and liven up a party. This works well for Wedding and Portrait photography, not a necessity in Landscape or pure photojournalism.

Wedding season is here in Colorado. Bobbie Turner Weddings is currently booking for the 2008 Colorado Wedding Season and good dates are still available. The all popular June Wedding can still be scheduled. Please contact Bobbie Turner to discuss our packages and date availability.

This year we anticipate shooting weddings at Colorado’s newest Premier Wedding Venue, The Fountains Of Loveland. This is a brand new state of the art facility located at the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Loveland, Colorado.
